Job summary

The ideal candidate will assist with landowner program applications, invoicing, and customer inquiries, contributing to data integrity and efficient service delivery within the Communications Bureau’s Licensing team.

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring a records system to identify and correct errors.
• Experience researching sources to resolve problems and prepare reports.
• Experience interpreting regulations, laws, or policies in assignments.
• Experience entering and retrieving data using a computerized records system.

Responsibilities

• GoOutdoorsIdaho licensing system support and escalation as needed.
• Manage Landowner Appreciation Program applications and coordinate with IDFG staff.
• Receive, vet, and prepare incoming certified records requests.
• Complete after-action processes for high volume tag sales and coordinate exchanges with customers.
• Create and audit monthly invoices.
• Provide customer service support including calls and emails.
