Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of related work experience in records and clerical tasks.
• Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations and policies.
• Experience with data entry and records management.

Responsibilities

• Perform secretarial/clerical functions with independent judgment.
• Process forms and maintain records for inspection programs.
• Utilize computer operations to complete daily tasks.
• Generate reports from a database using advanced technology.
• Explain district policies, procedures, and services to others.
• Review forms, reports, and vouchers for accuracy and issues.
• Maintain records for inspection programs and admin details.
• Develop and maintain filing systems for reports and documents.
• Respond to inquiries and advise on program issues.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
