Qualifications

• Senior experience in software engineering or technology architecture.
• Proven track record governing technical standards across multiple delivery teams.
• Experience designing and operating test automation frameworks and CI/CD quality gates.
• Strong background in regulated technology environments and translating regulatory requirements into engineering standards.
• Experience serving multiple delivery teams from a shared practice or platform function.

Responsibilities

• Own governance and standards for one or more assigned architecture domains across the technology portfolio.
• Lead architecture and design reviews within the domain as the senior technical escalation point.
• Define and maintain quality and test engineering standards, including CI/CD gate requirements and testing.
• Embed domain standards into the software development lifecycle with tooling and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and build roadmaps to close gaps in coverage and maturity.
