Job summary

Buckman Canada East is seeking a Sales Executive to drive profitable growth in the pulp and paper industry from a remote base in Canada. You will leverage technical papermaking chemistry applications, manage key accounts, and identify new opportunities while ensuring customer retention.

You will collaborate with service, planning, R&D, and supply chain teams, report forecasts, and lead strategic reviews with customers to maximize value and ensure alignment with Buckman’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Chemistry or Engineering or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in sales and application of chemical products.
• Knowledge of Pulp and Paper industry processes and chemistry applications.
• Experience in sales within Pulp and Paper industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive year-over-year revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling.
• Identify and commercialize new applications within existing and new customers.
• Maintain retention and strengthen relationships for long-term growth.
• Report sales forecasts and manage opportunities in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with service, planning, lab, R&D and supply chain to align goals.
