Qualifications

• 6 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s; or 4 years with a Master’s; or 10 years with a High School Diploma.
• In-depth understanding of compliance with governmental RFPs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write assigned proposal sections following the compliance matrix.
• Review the RFP and assess all requirements.
• Help prepare annotated outlines for assigned sections.
