Blue Origin seeks a Technical Project Manager embedded in Manufacturing Engineering to standardize ME workflows, drive automation, and reduce non-value-added tasks across the ME organization. You will partner with manufacturing engineers to deliver measurable productivity gains and faster, more consistent production processes.

The role requires 7+ years in technical PM (or 5+ with a Master’s), aerospace experience, PMP or equivalent, and familiarity with MES/ERP/PLM systems and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical project/program management experience, or a Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in aerospace, spaceflight, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• PMI or equivalent certification.
• Experience managing ME process-improvement, standardization, automation, or knowledge-management programs.
• Familiarity with AS6500, MRLs, and PRLs.
• Experience standing up operating rhythms, KPI/metrics dashboards, and standardized program-management processes across multiple teams.
• Familiarity with MES/ERP/PLM systems and MBOM/MRP workflows.

Responsabilités

• Drive standardization of ME workflows, documentation, and best practices.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage initiatives that eliminate recurring, manual, and non-value-added ME tasks, tracking measurable time savings and productivity gains.
• Establish and maintain a structured process to track engineering changes across the product lifecycle with visibility and timely disposition.
• Define and track operational KPI improvements.
• Establish and lead the ME portfolio operating rhythm including recurring reviews, gate/readiness checkpoints, and metrics cadences.
• Champion adoption of automation and advanced data-visualization solutions.
