Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to transform our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and elevate manufacturing throughput and cost structure. You will collaborate with software engineering, manufacturing operations, supply chain, and ERP/PLM teams to deliver impactful MES capabilities on the factory floor.

You will define strategy, roadmap, and priorities, champion customer needs, and stay ahead of industry practices to keep Blue Origin at the cutting edge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, electrical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of product and software experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or production planning domains.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs within schedule and budget.
• Excellent communication with leaders and users.
• Proficiency with AI harnesses and coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, roadmap, and priorities for MES capabilities.
• Champion needs of manufacturing and quality leaders, supervisors, planners, and engineers.
• Obssess over results and impact beyond delivery.
• Live on the factory floor to solve problems with customers/users.
• Apply and sharpen AI skills to deliver results and improve judgment.
• Build partnerships with engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
• Define, build, and improve MES functionality for evolving needs.
• Stay ahead of MES technologies to keep processes competitive.
