Job summary

Blue Origin is hiring a Technical Project Manager embedded in the Manufacturing Engineering organization to drive standardization of ME workflows, automate processes, and improve productivity across facilities.

You will work with manufacturing engineers to deliver measurable time savings, manage the ME portfolio rhythm, and lead data-visualization initiatives using tools like PowerBI/Tableau. Candidates should have 7+ years in PM in aerospace manufacturing and PMP certification.

Qualifications

7+ years of technical project/program management experience or a Master’s with 5+ years in related field.
Experience in aerospace, spaceflight, or regulated, low-volume/high-complexity manufacturing environments.
PMP or equivalent certification.
Experience leading ME process-improvement, standardization, automation, or knowledge-management programs.

Responsibilities

Drive standardization of ME workflows, documentation, and best practices.
Identify and manage initiatives eliminating recurring, manual, and NVA ME tasks with measurable time savings.
Track engineering changes across the product lifecycle with visibility and traceability.
Define and track improvements to operational KPIs.
Lead the ME portfolio operating rhythm with reviews, gate/readiness, and cadence.
Champion automation and advanced data-visualization solutions.
