Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects across retail banking applications and platforms.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, QA, BAs, infra, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security and privacy standards.
• Track milestones, RAID logs, and resolve blockers for delivery.
• Communicate status and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive quality, cost control, and on-time delivery objectives.
