You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, apply Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, track milestones and RAID logs, ensure regulatory compliance, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end technology projects in financial services.
• Strong retail banking domain knowledge.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience delivering banking technology solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical banking projects.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate software developers, architects, QA, business analysts, infra and stakeholders.
• Oversee core banking, digital banking, and payments platforms.
• Apply Agile/Scrum and Waterfall with sprint planning and releases.
• Track milestones and RAID logs; resolve blockers.
• Ensure regulatory, security, audit, and privacy compliance.
• Manage integrations, migrations, deployments, and production releases.
• Report status and risks to senior management.
• Drive issue resolution to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.
