Ethereum Technologies in the United States is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of banking platforms. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, and ensure regulatory and security requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

You will drive sprint planning, release planning, and progress reporting while overseeing integrations, data migrations, testing, and production deployments.

Formación

• Experience delivering software projects using SDLC and project management best practices.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies and their governance.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project and related tooling.
• Capability to manage budgets, resources, risks and timelines with RAID logs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects across banking applications.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, QA, BAs, infra, and stakeholders.
• Oversee core banking, digital banking, payments, onboarding, and lending projects.
• Apply Agile/Scrum and Waterfall, plan sprints, manage backlogs, report status.
• Track milestones, maintain RAID logs, resolve delivery blockers.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security, audit, and privacy.
• Manage integrations, APIs, upgrades, data migrations, testing, deployment.
• Report project status and risks to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive issue resolution and ensure quality, cost and schedule objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects across retail banking applications and platforms.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with software developers, solution architects, QA teams, business analysts, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
• Manage projects involving core banking, digital banking, mobile banking, online banking, payments, loan origination, deposits, and customer onboarding.
• Work with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, status reporting, and release planning.
• Track project milestones, maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), and resolve delivery blockers.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security policies, audit requirements, and data privacy standards.
• Manage system integrations, APIs, application upgrades, data migration, testing, deployment, and production releases.
• Communicate project status, risks, and delivery progress to senior management and business stakeholders.
• Drive issue resolution and ensure projects meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Required Technical Skills:

• Technical project management and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
• API integrations, databases, application architecture, and system interfaces.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure are an advantage.
• UAT, QA coordination, release management, deployment, and production support.
• Budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Retail Banking Domain Skills:

• Core banking systems and retail banking applications.
• Deposits, savings and checking accounts, lending, mortgages, and credit products.
• Digital banking, mobile banking, and customer onboarding.
• Payment processing, ACH, wire transfers, and card services.
• KYC, AML, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Banking modernization, legacy system integration, and digital transformation.
