Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of technical project management experience in product or web development.
• Ability to translate between creative, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Experience vetting vendors and managing technical tool deployments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent written communication and self-direction; available in PST hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive development pipeline for new tech products and tools.
• Create roadmaps and prioritize work with Head of Creative Technology.
• Write technical requirements bridging creative intent and feasibility.
• Plan milestones, releases, and rollouts.
• Coordinate QA, testing, and change management.
• Maintain project docs and status tracking.
