impact.com is scaling its global partnership platform, requiring a Technical Project Manager to own cross-functional programs from inception to launch and post-launch evaluation. You will partner with engineering, product, design, and data science to ensure milestones are met with agility and high-quality delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leadership, utilization of Jira/Confluence, and leveraging AI productivity tools to accelerate documentation and workflow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project or program management experience in software.
• Proven track record leading multi-team programs end-to-end.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for planning and docs.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-team technical programs from inception to launch and stabilization.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product, Design, Data Science, and GTM teams.
• Define milestones, risk, and reporting for leadership.
• Coach teams in Agile/Scrum practices to improve flow.
• Develop TPM playbooks, templates, and governance.
