Collier.Simon is seeking an AI Production Designer to steward AI-enabled workflows, enforce file standards, and deliver assets at scale across accounts. The role emphasizes systems thinking, production instincts, and proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, plus strong prompting and AI tooling.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of traditional production design experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment.
• Figma expertise is mandatory — components, auto layout, design libraries, and production-ready file organization.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with prompting for image and video tools, and ability to use LLMs for concepting, ideation, and copy support in daily workflow.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite alongside Figma; able to work PST hours.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage AI-enabled production workflows across agency accounts.
• Maintain and enforce file standards, naming conventions, and production processes in Figma.
• Handle template and toolchain management — building, updating, and scaling production systems.
• Execute version/weight file resizing across platforms and specs.
• Oversee automation pipelines for repetitive production tasks and proactively flag opportunities for new ones.
• Run delivery QA to ensure all assets meet specs and brand guidelines before handoff.
• Coordinate with creative teams across accounts to keep production moving.
• Maintain and improve documentation for all production workflows and systems.
