NAVA Software Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead RELEX initiatives remotely. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate with business stakeholders and IT teams, and ensure alignment across forecasting, replenishment, and related planning functions.

The role requires hands-on PM experience with RELEX implementations, strong integration know-how, and ability to drive multi-country rollouts in a blended Agile/Waterfall environment.

Formación

• Hands-on PM with RELEX implementations or major enhancements.

• Prior experience in remote/multi-country rollouts and blended Agile/Waterfall delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of RELEX initiatives, including implementations, module rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements across forecasting, replenishment, and related planning functions.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, tracking progress against milestones and keeping delivery on time and in scope.
• Serve as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and RELEX/vendor resources, keeping priorities, dependencies, and expectations aligned.
• Oversee technical workstreams such as data integration, interface development (ERP, POS, WMS), environment management, and system configuration, working closely with architects and developers.
• Drive requirements gathering and scope definition, ensuring business needs are translated into clear functional and technical deliverables.
• Manage testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression), cutover planning, and go-live readiness, coordinating defect triage and resolution.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests, escalating appropriately and maintaining clear decision logs.
• Provide regular status reporting to project sponsors and leadership, including dashboards, executive summaries, and steering committee materials.

Location: Remote

Retail, wholesale, or supply chain industry experience; PMP or Agile/Scrum certification; experience managing multi-country rollouts and blended Agile/Waterfall delivery.
