Job summary

NAVA Software solution is seeking a Process Analyst to map current-state processes across supply chain and replenishment, capturing handoffs, decision points, and exceptions. You will design future-state workflows and maintain a central library of process documents and training materials.

Work will involve collaborating with IT and business teams, identifying gaps, and prioritizing improvements by value and risk.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business process analysis, process improvement, and gap identification, with strong documentation and process-mapping skills.
• Preferred: background in supply chain, replenishment, or inventory planning; Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification; familiarity with RELEX or planning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state business processes across supply chain and replenishment operations, producing process maps, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and walkthroughs with business and IT teams to capture how work gets done, including handoffs and exceptions.
• Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, redundancies, and control weaknesses, quantifying their impact on cost, service levels, and inventory performance.
• Design future-state processes and recommend practical improvements, prioritizing changes by business value, effort, and risk.
• Develop and maintain a centralized documentation library with process narratives, RACI matrices, requirements, and training materials.
• Partner with system and technology teams to align process design with system capabilities and translate requirements into specs.
• Define and track process KPIs, establishing baselines and measuring results of improvements.
• Support change management by preparing communications, training end users, and driving adoption of new processes.

Process Analyst Supply Chain & Replenishment

• Document current-state business processes across supply chain and replenishment operations, producing clear process maps, SOPs, and workflow diagrams (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and walkthroughs with business and IT teams to capture how work actually gets done, including handoffs, decision points, and exceptions.
• Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, redundancies, and control weaknesses, quantifying their impact on cost, service levels, and inventory performance.
• Design future-state processes and recommend practical improvements, prioritizing changes by business value, effort, and risk.
• Develop and maintain a centralized documentation library (process narratives, RACI matrices, requirements, and training materials), ensuring it stays current as processes and systems change.
• Partner with system and technology teams (e.g., RELEX, ERP, WMS) to align process design with system capabilities and translate process requirements into functional specifications.
• Define and track process KPIs, establishing baselines and measuring the results of implemented improvements.
• Support change management by preparing communications, training end users, and helping drive adoption of new or revised processes

Required:

• Proven experience in business process analysis, process improvement, and gap identification, with strong documentation and process-mapping skills.

Preferred:

• Supply chain, replenishment, or inventory planning background; retail or wholesale experience; Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodology certification; familiarity with RELEX or comparable planning platforms.
