Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a RELEX System Consultant for a remote USA position. You will implement, configure, and optimize RELEX solutions for retail, wholesale, and CPG clients, translating business processes into system configurations and ensuring data-driven forecasting improvements.

Responsibilities include data analysis, workshop facilitation, testing, integration with ERP/WMS/POS, and change management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for success in this global services

Qualifications

• Supply chain forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, demand planning.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret large datasets and derive insights.
• Technical aptitude with SQL or Python is a plus.
• Exposure to RELEX Forecasting and Replenishment modules is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in retail, grocery, wholesale, or CPG environments.
• Hands-on system integration with ERP, WMS, planning tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS platforms.
• Consulting experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and optimize RELEX Solutions for clients across retail, wholesale, and CPG.
• Translate client processes into RELEX configuration requirements across forecasting, replenishment, allocation, and space planning.
• Configure parameters, rules, workflows, and integrations to meet client needs.
• Analyze historical sales and inventory data to support forecasting and replenishment optimization.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, solution walkthroughs, and training.
• Develop and execute test cases, validate outputs, and ensure go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with IT teams for data flows between RELEX and ERP, WMS, POS, and other systems.
• Support change management with documentation and training.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and reduce stockouts.
