• Proven, hands-on RELEX implementation leadership in large retail or supply chain environments.
• Strong technical project management expertise including planning, dependency management, risk management, and execution oversight.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale implementations with multiple workstreams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication with senior executives and deep engagement with technical teams.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving processes and ambiguity.
• Exceptional relationship-building, leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
