Job summary

NAVA Software is seeking a RELEX Analyst for a remote, 12-month engagement. The role requires strong RELEX forecasting and replenishment experience and an IT background to bridge gaps between business and technical teams.

You will partner with merchandising, supply chain, and IT, configuring RELEX modules, troubleshooting issues, and delivering analytics. Expect collaboration across ERP/ POS/ WMS interfaces and stakeholder-facing reports.

Qualifications

• Hands-on RELEX experience in forecasting and replenishment.
• IT background with ability to bridge business and IT needs.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between merchandising, supply chain, and IT; translate needs into requirements.
• Configure and optimize RELEX forecasting and replenishment modules.
• Troubleshoot RELEX issues end-to-end and document fixes.
• Monitor data feeds between RELEX and ERP/ POS/ WMS; ensure data quality.
• Analyze forecast performance and adjust replenishment parameters.
• Collaborate with IT on changes, testing, and releases; write specs.
• Develop reports and dashboards (SQL, Excel, BI) for KPIs.
• Train business users on RELEX functionality and best practices.
