Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years coordinating engineering or new product development projects.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, managing project schedules, milestones, action items, and phase-gate reviews.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering projects from kickoff through production and customer delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action item trackers.
• Track progress, identify schedule risks, and work with engineering teams to maintain on-time execution.
• Assist with proposal development and engineering effort estimates for new opportunities.
• Use Microsoft Project and Jira to monitor project execution and resource status.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day interface between customers and internal engineering teams.
• Understand customer SOW, SCD, and contractual deliverables and align activities accordingly.
• Organize customer meetings, technical reviews, and internal project meetings; document minutes and track actions to closure.
• Coordinate phase-gate reviews and ensure documentation is complete before milestones.
• Foster communication across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and customers.
