Job summary

ECI is seeking a Technical Project Manager in New York for a hybrid role (onsite 3 days/week, remote 2 days). You will lead technology implementation projects, guide clients on IT infrastructure enhancements, and drive profitability with strong financial acumen.

You will partner with sales, CRM, and vendors to deliver projects across ECI’s portfolio while staying current with technology changes and client needs. This role requires MSP experience and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in MSP or similar environment.
• Experience with front-facing client interfaces from both relationship and commercial perspectives.
• Strong MS Word and PowerPoint skills for presentations.
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of accountability for client-facing projects and outcomes.
• Represent the ECI brand at key client touchpoints between Sales and CRM.
• Lead project updates, manage risks, and coordinate scheduling.
• Define scope, projections, and schedules with stakeholders, documenting delivery expectations.
• Chair internal and client meetings to review status and budget adherence.
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and revenue recognition are managed accurately.
• Provide consistent project updates on a defined communication cadence.
• Observe PMO playbook practices across ECI projects.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal resources to bridge information gaps.
