Eccalon LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee multiple high-impact technical programs from initiation to completion. You will partner with engineering, product management, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, solid PM skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex technical landscapes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field.
5+ years of technical project management experience in a tech environment.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and technical infrastructure.
PMP certification or equivalent; ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical programs.
Work with engineering, product management, and stakeholders to define goals, scope, and deliverables.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues impacting timelines.
Manage resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders through status reports and updates.
Implement quality control to meet standards and customer expectations.
Continuously improve PM processes for efficiency.
Create and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
Facilitate technical discussions and informed decision-making.
