Job summary

Eccalon is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee multiple high-impact technical projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with engineering, product management, and stakeholders to define goals, scope, schedules, and deliverables.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex technical landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and technical infrastructure.
• PMI/ PMP certification or equivalent; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical programs from inception to completion.
• Work with engineering, product management, and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, schedules, and deliverables.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and elevate issues that impact timelines, resources, or scope.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment; ensure alignment with project priorities.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders through status reporting and executive updates.
• Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure projects meet standards and customer expectations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies for efficiency.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Facilitate technical discussions and make informed decisions to support project requirements.
