Qualifications

• Deep understanding of modern software systems and platforms, including distributed systems, cloud-native platforms, and data-intensive systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end technical hiring strategies for engineers and technical roles.
• Design and oversee interview frameworks that assess system design, platform thinking, and engineering depth.
• Conduct technical interviews covering architecture, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align to roadmaps.
• Improve hiring processes to ensure fairness and high signal-to-noise.
