Job summary

Eccalon is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee multiple high-impact technical projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals, scope, schedules, and deliverables, while proactively identifying risks and guiding mitigation strategies.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex technical landscapes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years in a TPM or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methods; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical programs from inception to completion.
• Work with engineering, product management, and stakeholders to define goals, scope, schedules, and deliverables.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues affecting timelines or scope.
• Manage resources including personnel, budget, and equipment; align with priorities.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication through status reports and executive updates.
• Implement quality control measures to meet standards and customer expectations.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies for efficiency.
• Create and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Facilitate technical discussions and make informed decisions for requirements.
