Responsibilities

• Organizes and accelerates a group of related technology projects or activities across multiple teams, aligning dependent organizations.
• Identifies and removes blockers and always finds the path forward in challenging situations.
• Creates mechanisms to report out and control execution; develops predictable delivery paths for large/complex efforts.
• Drives execution from inception through delivery across the services/domains or across multiple teams.
• Acts as first point of contact for the team with status updates to the right audience.
• May work with external technology providers to support implementation plans and roadmaps.
• Understands the needs of engineers and tech ops teams who build and operate services and assets.
• Regularly reviews metrics and seeks improved data/visibility to align with objectives.
• Mentors and recruits others.
