Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Project Manager in San Antonio, TX to oversee installation projects from scope definition through delivery. You will coordinate with installation partners, conduct site visits, review designs, and manage schedules and safety compliance.

Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of related project management experience in a contract office furniture dealership.
Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with installation teams.

Responsibilities

Pre-order: Communicate project scope and requirements to installation companies and request labor quotes.
Perform site visits to verify infrastructure and requirements and relay findings to the team.
Lead pre-install meetings and schedule installations with clients or GC’s.
Ensure installation teams comply with safety training and badge requirements.
Manage and coordinate deliveries at site and track shipment status with manufacturers.
