Job summary

OSTTRA is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead implementations and integrations across FX&S services, coordinating UAT and readiness for production. You will work with professional services, product and connectivity teams to ensure smooth deployments and timely handovers to operations.

You will also develop cross-training materials, manage documentation, and maintain project visibility in PSA systems daily, contributing to a robust client experience and strong project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver implementations & integrations for multiple project types across the services within the FX&S pillar at OSTTRA.
• Hand over to the operations teams once live.
• Day one check in with the customer.
• Finalise readiness to migrate to production, and liaise with the relevant counterparties.
• Undergo the UAT phase with the customer directly, identify and resolve issues with internal or external teams.
• Gather & set up all required static data in UAT & production.
• System configuration in UAT and production environments.
• Connectivity & integration set up in the product, IC and/or Adapters.
• Coordinate the development of the transformer based on the spec provided by Solution Design.
• Create any required routing in IC.
• Ensure all integration changes & set-ups undergo 4-eye checks before production.
• Ensure all integrations follow the integration standards.
• Work with professional services and other internal teams during implementations.
• Update the PSA system (e.g. Monday.com) daily with status, risks and dependencies.
• Create and track UAT plans.
• Produce implementation & integration documentation in standard formats.
