Job summary

Bloomberg’s Post Trade Implementation team seeks an Implementation Project Manager to own complex client deployments from discovery to production go-live. You will translate client needs into actionable plans, coordinating across Sales, Product, Engineering and Support while guiding data onboarding, testing and training.

• Experience delivering client-facing implementation projects from discovery through production readiness.
• Strong governance, risk and dependency management, change control and escalation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across client and cross-functional teams.
• Structured approach to problem-solving, documentation, validation and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from kickoff through production launch, owning plans, scope, milestones and delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate stakeholders across client trading, compliance, technology and Bloomberg teams.
• Translate requirements into clear, deliverable implementation scope with data and acceptance criteria.
• Establish governance, communicate status and manage changes to scope with stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships across technical and senior audiences to maintain momentum.
