Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology, or related field.
• Three or more years of project management or business management experience.
• Preferred certification such as PMP, CAPM, or PMI-ACP.
• Familiarity with multiple project management methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project strategies, tasks, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Lead the development of project objectives and define project scope.
• Plan and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
• Develop consistent project management processes to ensure quality across projects.
• Establish and support best practices for deliverable tracking, risk assessment and mitigation, project communications, and key performance metrics.
• Establish project governance and oversight while driving accountability for milestone completion.
• Identify project risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and manage scope changes to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Understand stakeholder needs and maintain proactive communication regarding project status.
• Escalate issues when appropriate and ensure stakeholders understand priorities and trade-offs.
• Conduct project post-mortem reviews to identify successes, lessons learned, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
• Provide leadership and influence within project teams without formal supervisory authority.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Fulfill multiple project roles as required.
• Provide guidance and support to other members of the IT Department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
