Job summary

State Street, via Charles River Development, seeks an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead medium to large fintech implementations with multiple workstreams. You will partner with clients and senior CRD management to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will develop PM processes, track metrics, mentor PMs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes across programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering mission-critical financial software implementations.
• Experience leading large program software implementations in fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of multi-tier architectures and relational databases; familiarity with SQL, FIX, and SSRS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management processes and policies; lead project management staff.
• Track and report program performance with regular metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive effective communication with clients, internal teams, and external partners; manage scope, schedule, cost, and resources for large implementations.
• Oversee documentation, plans, and collateral; ensure adherence to PM methodologies and best practices.
• Mentor and develop project managers; share lessons learned across programs.
