Qualifications

• PM experience in a technical environment such as building automation, fire alarm, or AV systems.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects (typically up to $1M) from award to completion within budget.
• Develop installation plans, schedules, and job procedures; coordinate resources.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project plans; assist sales with costs and bids.
• Communicate requirements clearly to the project team and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractors, and cost control to meet milestones.
