Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, budgeting, procurement, and start-up‑to‑closeout. You will interface with customers to maximize satisfaction, safety, and quality while meeting schedule and budget goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in engineering, field service, or project management, with an associates degree in engineering or related field and PMI certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering, field service or project management experience.
• Associates degree in Engineering or related field.
• PMI certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project components up to $1M from award to completion.
• Translate customer needs into proposals and implementation plans.
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractors to meet budgets.
• Communicate requirements and maintain up-to-date records.
• Ensure safety, quality and customer satisfaction across projects.
• Support cost reporting and collections as needed.
