The ideal candidate has production experience and strong skills in data analysis, SQL, Jira, and Confluence, with a track record of building runbooks and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology field.
• 2+ years in technical data analysis, product support, or technical project coordination.
• Proficient with SQL Server and writing scripts.
• Strong MS Excel skills for data cleanup, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Solid understanding of back-end systems and automated data flows.
• Experience reviewing logs and debugging data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Triage complex technical issues across backend systems and analyze data flows.
• Perform root-cause analysis on production anomalies and prepare incident reports.
• Drive management tracking in Jira and report delivery status.
