Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field; advanced degrees preferred.
• A minimum of 7+ years in technical project management, or 5+ years with a Master's degree.
• Experience managing software engineers and leading technical design.
• Familiarity with webhooks, RESTful APIs, and secure data sharing.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to system roadmap and design leadership across AI and non-AI projects.
• Lead external technical communications with state agencies and client integration teams.
• Perform root-cause analysis and triage for production issues and data pipelines.
• Coordinate release windows with DevOps and QA to maintain quality standards.
