Job summary

Hitachi Energy seeks a Technical Project Manager to own GIS substation projects from sales handoff to turnover, coordinating field resources and schedules, and ensuring on-time delivery and payment. You will verify customer info, documentation, and scope with technical sales, manage SAPFSM data, and drive risk-based scheduling and forecasting using AI-augmented tools.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience in HV projects, plus a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of high-voltage products, services, and their applications.
• Experience installing and commissioning large GIS substation projects.

Responsibilities

• Own customer projects and orders from Sales handoff through execution and payment.
• Verify project requirements with technical sales and documentations.
• Coordinate field service resources and schedule activities.
• Plan GIS substation installations including civil readiness, gas handling, testing, and turnover.
• Apply AI-augmented tools for risk, scheduling, and reporting.
