Job summary

Hitachi Energy seeks an experienced project coordinator to manage high voltage GIS substation projects from handover through invoicing, ensuring alignment between sales, field operations and customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining SAP project data, scheduling resources, coordinating installation and energization, and ensuring timely closeout and invoicing with strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with installation and commissioning of large GIS substations.
• Experience with SAP (Fiori / Cockpit) and field service coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high voltage GIS substation projects from handover to invoicing.
• Maintain project documentation and SAP service orders.
• Schedule resources and align field service activities.
• Communicate progress and closeout with customers.
• Oversee installation, energization, and testing cycles.
