Job summary

Honest Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology programs from initiation through implementation and post-launch stabilization. You will develop integrated project plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones, and budgets.

This role requires guiding scope, risks, dependencies, and change control while facilitating discovery, requirements gathering, and workflow design sessions. You will document business rules, functional requirements, and user stories, and partner with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects or programs.
• 3+ years of experience applying Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in healthcare operations, population health, or clinical workflows.
• Experience supporting AI, automation, analytics, or digital-transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification preferred.
