Zusammenfassung

Fairmint is seeking a Technical Project Manager to align engineering, product and business operations. You’ll structure sprints, coordinate delivery and translate priorities into actionable plans at the intersection of technology and finance.

You will partner with the CTO and leadership, drive accountability, and push for efficient processes across teams. This role offers hybrid work with 2–3 days in the New York City office and a base salary up to $200,000.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in technical project or programme management.
• Strong understanding of software development workflows, sprint planning and agile delivery.
• Experience coordinating engineering teams with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Proven track record improving project management processes, issue tracking and delivery systems.
• Strong organizational, documentation and communication skills.
• The confidence to challenge constructively, resolve blockers and hold teams accountable.
• A proactive, highly accountable approach and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.

Aufgaben

• Structure and coordinate engineering sprints with clear priorities and timelines.
• Manage progress, dependencies and blockers to maintain momentum.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans with engineering and product teams.
• Lead daily stand-ups and biweekly sprint demos for alignment.
• Maintain project tracking and documentation in Linear or similar tools.
• Collaborate with CTO and leadership to turn business priorities into executable plans.
• Build credibility with technical teams and maintain ownership and accountability.
• Resolve blockers and keep projects moving across stakeholders.
• Help build systems and routines that keep the tech business organized.
