Tech, a global tech company, is reinventing product development by integrating AI into patient-facing software. We seek a Senior Engineering Manager who will drive hands-on code work while guiding a small high-caliber team to transform how AI-enabled development is practiced in Patient Engagement.

The role emphasizes leadership through code, architectural growth, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Design to solve real patient problems end to end.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience using AI to accelerate software development.
• Experience delivering complex software in regulated environments where quality matters.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers while shipping features.

Responsibilities

• Lead Through Code (≈70% hands-on).
• Prototype and build AI-enabled solutions in patient-facing products.
• Work directly in codebases, implementing features and architectural changes.
• Establish AI-powered development workflows and teach others by example.
• Track impact with metrics on delivery speed, quality, and product outcomes.
