Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead technical projects from planning through closeout in a dynamic, safety-focused environment. You will direct engineering, budgeting, procurement, and field installation while ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires collaboration across teams, strong communication, and a proactive approach to risk and cost control. A PMI certification and engineering background are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in project management or engineering fields.
• Experience managing technical projects with budgets and schedules.
• PMI certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate design, procurement, and installation activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Interface with customers to maximize satisfaction and safety while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare cost estimates, track job costs, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractors and internal teams to meet project milestones.
