Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC, a global leader in security and building automation, seeks a full-time Project Manager in Macon, GA. You will lead assigned projects from planning to closeout, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and maximize client satisfaction while maintaining safety and quality standards.

In this role you will coordinate engineering, procurement, installation, and start-up activities; manage schedules and costs; and act as the primary customer liaison.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in a technical environment.
• Coaching, mentoring, and staff development.

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Adaptable and proactive mindset.
• Financial cost control experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple projects (typically up to $1M) from award to completion.
• Prepares installation plans, schedules, and job procedures.
• Translates customer needs into detailed proposals and plans; reviews costs.
• Maintains project records and communicates status to stakeholders.
• Manages procurement of materials and subcontractors within budget.
• Ensures safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout.
