Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Technical Project Manager to join our growing culture. You will lead complex technical projects in building automation, fire alarm and life safety systems, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Expert project management experience in a technical environment (building automation, fire alarm, and/or electronic security).
• Advanced coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills; strong leadership orientation.
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT networking principles and cost control expertise.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize and direct assigned projects from initiation to close.
• Coordinate application engineering, field installation and start-up activities.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule, maintaining cash flow.
• Interface with customers to maximize satisfaction, safety and quality.
• Supervise and guide project teams on higher-stakes accounts and transitions.
• Perform additional duties as required.
