Job summary

zerohash is seeking a Technical Project Manager, Auth to drive cross-functional software initiatives for a fast-growing fintech focused on blockchain infrastructure. You will own a product vertical end-to-end, partnering with Engineering, Product, and security to deliver secure, scalable authentication solutions.

This role requires strong Jira mastery, SDLC expertise, and excellent stakeholder management to thrive in a remote-friendly, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency companies.
• Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional software projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams.
• Deep understanding of account linking and authentication infrastructure, including wallet integrations and secure asset transfer.

Responsibilities

• Organise teams in JIRA: releases, milestones, sprint planning and ceremonies.
• Own the zerohash delivery calendar for squads and drive ceremony rhythm.
• Create and maintain dashboard reporting across delivery, release and velocity.
• Facilitate delivery end-to-end: scoping → sizing → development → testing → validation → prod roll-out.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and drive execution.
• Maintain delivery plans, surface risks early and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Implement PDLC best practices and drive process improvement across the function.
• Help teams with resourcing.
• Build automated AI reporting for stakeholders.
