Job summary

PepsiCo 1NA Engineering is seeking a technical project manager to lead the execution of the Frito Lay Plant Warehouse’s AGV, productivity, and maintenance projects. You will scope, design, and guide installation across cross-functional teams.

The role requires 6–8 years of engineering experience, strong analytical and CAD skills, and willingness to travel 25–40%. You will manage risks, coordinate contractors, and drive project definition and execution.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills; CAD skills preferred.
  • Proven ability to multi-task.

Overview

PepsiCo 1NA Engineering is seeking a technical project manager to lead the execution of the Frito Lay Plant Warehouse’s Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV), Productivity, and maintenance projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead scoping and design recommendations for Frito Lay AGV, productivity, and maintenance projects.
  • Support installation and start-up activities for new AGV, productivity, and maintenance projects.

Compensation and Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
