Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Project Manager to support cross-functional initiatives across network, lab, hardware, storage, and shared-services teams. This role blends project management with business analysis, reporting, and data-validation activities, overseeing projects from initiation through completion and coordinating with technical and business stakeholders.

The team is expanding AI-driven reporting and Jira data analysis.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PM/BA experience or combined PM/BA experience.
• Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle.
• Experience managing timelines, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Hands-on Jira experience for tracking, reporting, or dashboards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects from initiation through completion, including schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, action items, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities across engineering, operations, business, leadership, and external vendor teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, establish agendas, document decisions, and track follow-up items.
• Communicate project status, risks, delays, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
• Use Jira to maintain project information, track work, and support reporting activities.
• Review Jira data and AI-generated reports to confirm accuracy and completeness.
• Perform data validation through source reviews, manual spot checks, Jira queries, and comparisons with existing project information.
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting for project and operational activities.
• Identify data discrepancies and work with project teams to resolve inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Support projects across network infrastructure, physical hardware, lab environments, storage, and shared services.
• Assist with business analysis activities, including reporting, data analysis, requirements clarification, and process documentation.
• Adapt project plans and priorities as business and organizational needs change.
