Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Junior Technical Delivery Manager to support enterprise technology initiatives in Banking and Corporate Finance spaces. You will partner with delivery leadership, engineering teams, and stakeholders to drive execution, coordination, reporting, and communication across large-scale programs.

The role focuses on an API Gateway migration and an AI-driven SRE optimization project. A strong organizer, proactive mindset, and ability to keep multiple teams aligned on timelines

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Technical Project Coordination, Project Management, Delivery Management, or a related field.
• Experience working within a technical or software development environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with APIs and API Gateway technologies
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and business processes.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery activities across multiple technical programs.
• Facilitate status meetings, document outcomes, and track action items.
• Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Partner with engineering, SRE, platform, and delivery teams to drive project execution.
• Manage project tracking artifacts using Jira and Confluence.
• Create and deliver status updates, progress reports, and executive summaries.
• Assist with requirements gathering and coordination between technical teams.
• Maintain project documentation and operational reporting.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure commitments and deliverables remain on track.
• Proactively identify risks and elevate concerns when necessary.
• Support Agile delivery practices and ceremonies as needed.
• Help coordinate work across multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
