Job summary

Align is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale data center cabling and infrastructure deployments across the U.S. You will plan, coordinate, document, and report on project delivery, working with clients, field teams, vendors, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data center or IT infrastructure projects, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and scheduling tools. Travel up to 50% and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting data centers and related infrastructure.
• Experience leading multiple teams, vendors, and concurrent projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Proficient with Excel and project management/scheduling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout.
• Create and maintain schedules, budgets, milestones, risk logs, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve deployment issues.
• Lead meetings and provide clear status updates.
• Support QA/QC, testing, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
