Job summary

Align is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale cabling infrastructure deployments for AI and hyperscale data centers across the U.S. You will plan, coordinate, document, and delivery projects with clients, teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

The ideal candidate has experience with AI infrastructure, data center cabling, or similar IT deployments, and is comfortable with ~50% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering data center or large IT infrastructure deployments.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks and client expectations.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills; proficient with Excel and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout.
• Create and maintain schedules, budgets, milestones, risk logs, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve deployment issues; manage RFIs and change orders.
• Lead meetings and ensure field work meets project requirements; support QA/QC and turnover.
