Job summary

Align is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale data center cabling infrastructure deployments across the U.S. This role focuses on planning, coordination, documentation, reporting, and delivery.

You will work with clients, project teams, leadership, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure deployments are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate has experience with AI infrastructure or hyperscale data centers and can travel up to 50% with relocation

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management for data centers or similar tech infra.
• Experience leading multiple teams, vendors, or projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout.
• Create schedules, budgets, milestones, risk logs, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track progress, risks, and resolve schedule or deployment issues.
• Lead RFIs, change orders, submittals, and closeout documentation.
